Shipping policy


Livancé items are only delivered to all EU countries and exclusively to the USA.

Livancé does not deliver orders to business addresses, P.O. boxes, hotels or university campuses. Orders to any of these destinations will not be processed. Delivery of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered. Orders made from the website of a country different to that of the delivery address will not be processed.


Livancé Label offers you an Express Home delivery:

Express Delivery before 4 pm (GMT/Amsterdam). Delivery from Monday through Friday by 4:00 pm for any order placed online or by phone. This service is not available on holidays.

Orders are generally shipped within  24-hours (Monday - Friday) using our partner PostNL in The Netherlands. All orders in The Netherlands and Belgium are standard delivered within 4-8 working day. 

All orders within the EU/EURO-ZONE are standard delivered within 5-8 working days.

All orders within the REST OF THE WORLD are standard delivered within 5-9 working days. This may vary due to customs in each different country.

Livance Label will inform you by email of the progress of your order. You can also track the progress of your order in the “My Orders” section of your online Customer Account on Livancé or by contacting our Customer Service during the opening hours indicated in the “Contact” section of the Site.


Shipping fees for online orders depend on the delivery country chosen. Please visit out “Checkout” section when purchasing your item to see your shipping fee.

All orders to above €100,- are free of shipping charge.
